A completely new game idea, Quark’s simplicity will get everyone involved right from the start.
Simply draw a loop around the different balls (Quarks) on the screen, once you’ve looped all the quarks you move onto the next level.
With 100′s of fast paced levels, and progress stored between plays, you can easily dive in and out for a quick game without ruining your game progress.
Quark has great background music, these custom tunes written by Vizique, change as you progress through the levels, adding a great accompanyment to the gameplay.
Each set of levels brings more features and challanges, such as
- Quarks with gravity, orbiting around stars and blackholes
- Quarks that when looped explode into further quarks.
- Hot Links joining quarks together.
- A true physics engine, properly implementing collisions between quarks
- Open Feint – high scores
- A tutorial, when enabled will hand hold you through the first few levels.
- PowerUps such as slow motion, extra lives, auto-loop complete
Quark has 3 different game modes
- Where you try to achieve the highest score, combinations of similar quarks, similar colours and sizes along with the time taken to complete a level result in high scores, your score is posted to the high score system “Open Feint” so you can compete against yourself, friends and the rest of the world.
Chill-Out mode
- if you simply want to fiddle with something and relax, this is the Game mode for you, infinite lives, reduced splash screens, just continuous game play, and serious tunes!
Kids mode
- Our kids love to play iPhone/iPod apps, so we added a special “Kids Mode” , similar to chill-out mode where you have infinite lives, but with a few extra tweaks to remove some of the game complexity and a slight reduction in the game speed.
Score Mode
